
The Company was founded in 2002. Leann Knysh and Margaret Dusterhoft purchased Diamond Realty in October, 2007 and plan to build a strong Company with a current team of sales Associates when combined bring over 60 years of real estate experience.

Criminal Records Check $25.00
Realtors course: $4,405.00
RECA new Associate fee: $700.00
REALTORS Association Fees vary depends when you start: between $1,806.00 - $737.63
Association Course:Services for success: $556.50 including GST

Plus monthly office fees
The estimated start up costs including courses/fees etc. will be approximately $8,000.00+.
It is highly recommended you have a Personnel Line of Credit in place, the reason being is that when you have a successful real estate transaction; you will only get paid when the deal closes, (Client takes possession of property), which is sometimes two to six months away. You should have sufficient capital available to be financially independent for at least six months. No one can predict the future. The best advise is to be financially prepared if personal goals do not immediately materialize.
